Payment
You have several payment options: Klarna invoice, Klarna instant bank transfer, invoice, prepayment, PayPal, and credit card.
We offer installment purchases through Klarna. With this option, you pay your bill in monthly installments. Simply select “Klarna Invoice” and enter a few personal details. You can then divide the amount due into any number of installments and pay it off with or without interest over a period of three to a maximum of 36 months. As soon as you choose to pay via Klarna Invoice, a credit check is performed in the background. This determines whether you qualify for Klarna financing and sets the minimum monthly installment amount. The actual installment payments with Klarna are made through the customer portal at a later date using your preferred payment method, such as a credit card. To conveniently set up recurring payments, you can link your Klarna account to your bank account.
Here's how the payment works:
1. To pay using Klarna Installment Plan, select the corresponding payment method during the checkout process. You can choose this payment method for orders totaling at least 50€.
2. If this is your first time paying in installments with Klarna, you will be asked to create a Klarna account. To do so, provide the following information: name, billing address, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Please have your phone and email account ready in case you need to verify your identity.
3. Existing customers can simply sign in using their email address or phone number and their date of birth.
4. When new customers apply for a Klarna account and “flexible installment payments,” Klarna conducts a credit check in the background.
5. After submitting your order, you will receive an email with a payment link. The order amount will be displayed in the total balance of your Klarna account. You can pay via the Klarna consumer portal at klarna.com or in the Klarna app using your preferred payment method.
Returns
vitaform offers a 14-day return policy. The shoes must be unworn. Worn shoes are not eligible for return.
Simply fill out the return form included with your shipment. Please pack the shoes, attach the DHL label to the package, and take it to the post office or a drop-off location. Returns are free of charge.
Yes, we'll cover the return shipping costs for deliveries within Germany. Please use the enclosed DHL label for this purpose.

The shipping cost is €5.95 within Germany. For shipping to other countries, please check the Shipping Rate Table.
