Shipping Costs – Germany

At VITAFORM, we calculate shipping and handling costs based on the shipping method and weight. For orders up to 15 kg within Germany, these costs amount to €5.95. We use standard letter mail at a rate of €3.50 for individual items such as footbeds. Of course, cash-on-delivery is also available at VITAFORM. For orders up to 15 kg within Germany, this costs €9.90 plus a €2 cash-on-delivery fee at the door. For express shipping, the price is €18.00 per 5-kg package. Shipping to EU countries costs €7.75. Shipping costs are the same for all countries, regardless of order total or payment method. Return shipping is subject to a fee.

Returns

Free returns are handled exclusively through Deutsche Post (DHL) and apply only to returns from our customers who reside in and have a shipping address within Germany. To return an item free of charge, please use only the return label included in your VITAFORM package. Returns are free of charge only if you use the return label. No return labels are included with international shipments. For cross-border orders, you must cover the return shipping costs yourself. Shipping costs apply to all countries, regardless of order amount or payment method.

Shipping Costs – EU

Shipping to EU countries costs 7.75 EUR. Shipping costs are the same for all countries, regardless of order amount or payment method.
